Do not hire. Hired Rick Reid (Sr.) to remodel bath and kitchen and move my staircase. He filed a fraudulent permit, took twice as long as he said it would take, his crew was one carpenter and a laborer. Rick also stiffed his subcontractors including the electrician and plumber. We have some issues with the work and he refuses to address or even come look at them. I will be suing him in court for breach of contract and warranty if he doesnt go bankrupt first.
