cape cod carpetman and floor

A July 2025 Google reviewer said Cape Cod Carpetman came to their home the day after they reached out, then installed the selected carpet within the promised week. The customer returned home to new carpeting with the debris cleaned up. The company offers flooring selection at home and installation, selling carpet, vinyl and laminate. Based in West Yarmouth, Cape Cod Carpetman describes itself as owner-operated by Ken Hogan. Its website says he has served Cape Cod's flooring needs for more than 35 years and lists service across the Cape, from Bourne and Falmouth to Provincetown, as well as Plymouth. Angi lists free in-home estimates and carpet repair, refastening and stretching among its offerings. In another July 2025 Google review, a customer who had taken time choosing carpet said Ken was patient and honest with his suggestions. A separate reviewer that month described completed laminate flooring and carpet work. In March 2022, a bedroom-carpet customer said Ken arrived on time to give an estimate, called the price reasonable, and praised the crew's work after hiring the company. Older Angi accounts also describe the service at home. A March 2018 reviewer said the worker brought numerous samples and installed the carpet shortly afterward. A December 2015 customer reported receiving an estimate one day after initial contact and said installation was offered within two days, though the customer was not ready; the installer was punctual on the eventual installation day. One July 2018 Angi reviewer had reservations: Ken had been responsive before payment, but the installation quality fell below that customer's expectations and a follow-up service question went unanswered after the job was paid for. The same customer still described the work as good value. Google reports a five-star average from six ratings, while Angi reports 4.8 stars from 15 ratings.
