Carolyn Pools Inc.

DO not use this company. Apparently, owner/management knows they have workers who work for Carolyn Pools but also do side work and Carolyn knew who the person was that started a job with 3 other of her co-workers to put up an above ground pool. They had my entire pool up and half the liner dropped in when they left at the end of the day and never came back, until weeks later while I wasnt home and took the pool wall down and left it rolled up in the middle of tbe yard and the pool liner dropped in the middle of tbe sand where the walls go around. Carolyn Pools doesnt want to do anything to remedy it. We told her that we wanted to reach out one last time before we filed suit against the business and the people who came here and represented they worked for Carolyn Pools personally. Then, a guy said he'd come by and look at it and try to get it resolved. He never showed up, then decided to just say never-mind and scream and yell. Screenshots of text exchanges attachdd

We had a great experience with Carolyn Pools. Nancy was very transparent and easy to work with throughout the whole pool liner replacement process, and she’s continued to follow up afterward as well. Really appreciated the communication and would definitely recommend them.

I never write reviews, but this company deserves one. As a retired owner of a Golf Course Irrigation construction company, I know the difficulty of hiring, training and retaining employees who are dedicated to their work and the final product. Nancy from Carolyn Pools employees a devoted staff of professionals who take pride in their work and the final product. We had our inground pool liner replaced this past year. The walls were constructed of fiberglass, so they were in great shape. The vermiculite bottom had to be totally replaced. The logical, timely and professional manner in which this floor was re-done was like a pastry chef decorating a cake. WOW! The liner went in like a glove fits a hand, without one wrinkle. I might add that we have a safety ledge along the bottom which made this no wrinkle installation that much more amazing. Nancy was a great communicator who guided us through each step professionally. We couldn’t be more pleased with the straightforwardness of Nancy throughout this project. I highly recommend Nancy and her crew at Carolyn Pools!! Thanks for a great job. Time for a swim……

I am very shocked to see these bad reviews. Carolyn's Pools did great work and we got our dream pool! Construction started July of 2023 and was finished by September 2023! Any questions or concerns I had/still have... Carolyn is there to help! She is by far the sweetest most helpful person! John, Ariel, Richie, and the other works definitely know what they are doing! Not only were the prices very good, but they have many years of experience and a small town company. One of the main reasons why I went with Carolyn Pools is because they are like a family. They have become apart of our family and we are very grateful for all they have done!

We get amazing customer service from Carolyn + team every time we call! We moved into our house that had a beautiful pool Carolyn's built a few years prior to us moving in. They immediately remembered which pool was ours when we contacted them for the first time, and it was clear they took great pride in their work. Even though we have never met in person, each time we call to schedule opening/closing or service, they treat us like they have known us for years! They remember us, ask about our family, treat us so well for always calling early to schedule, and provide great recommendations for other vendors if needed. It's nice to have such great and personal customer service these days!
