A September 2025 client noted the crew checked the driveway for nails before leaving and worked around a baby's naps. In November 2025 a reviewer said Tiago, Everton and Walter finished in two days and left the inside and outside of the house in good shape. In March 2026 a client whose attic and basement were insulated said the home was left neat and clean. An August 2025 reviewer had blower door tests run before and after the job to confirm the efficiency gain, and a July 2026 client whose exterior walls were insulated through Mass Save said the company was clear up front about what the work involved. The complaints are worth reading in order, because they cluster. In May 2024 a homeowner said workers left cigarettes and nails across the driveway and yard, did not stop when asked, and broke a hose. In October 2024 another said a crew tried to install insulation in a basement full of leaves and that the supervisor treated them as the problem rather than the dirty material. In April 2025 a homeowner working through RISE Engineering described mistakes, failure to clean up, and a breakdown in communication among the company's own staff. Almost all the cleanup praise is dated after those, which reads like a corrected problem — but agree the site-cleanup standard and who the on-site lead is before the truck arrives.
