The reviews run back to 2022 across Google and Angi, and the same kind of story keeps showing up: a homeowner loses heat or AC, calls, and someone is at the house within hours or by the next day. Customers name specific technicians — Nick, Jake Thomas, Cam, Leonard and his crew — and describe them tracking down what actually failed instead of just swapping a part; in a January 2026 review, one customer described Leonard's crew tracing a problem back to a bad original installation from years earlier, and a more recent review has Nick laying out repair-versus-replace options without pushing the pricier one. One reviewer says the same system has been serviced for eight years without issue, and in reviews from late 2025 and early 2026, customers credit the company with helping secure Mass Save rebates on two heat-pump installs. Pricing is worth asking about up front. In a 2023 review, a customer said they were charged $532 for about $50 in parts and 20 minutes of labor. More recently, one reviewer paid a $175 diagnostic fee on a mini-split only to be told it couldn't be fixed and offered quotes of roughly $21,700 or $28,400 for a full replacement — worth a second opinion before committing.
