We’re proud to share our strong recommendation for Brendan at CMR General Contractors Inc., built on over 22 years of working together. Their attention to detail is evident in every phase of a project—from initial planning through final execution—ensuring that nothing is overlooked and that the finished product meets the highest standards. Equally important is their responsiveness. Brendan is always accessible, communicates clearly, and addresses questions or concerns promptly. That level of engagement makes a significant difference in keeping projects on track and maintaining confidence every step of the way. After more than two decades of collaboration, it’s clear that CMR General Contractors Inc. is committed to quality work and strong client relationships. Amazing experience with this Contractor. I wouldn’t use anyone else going forward!!

We recently had the opportunity to work alongside CMR General Contractors on a project, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Their team runs a tight ship. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and everything on their end was well organized, which makes a big difference when multiple trades are involved. It’s not always easy coordinating in the field, but they kept things moving without the usual headaches. From our perspective at The Comfort Specialists, it’s always appreciated when a general contractor understands the importance of doing things the right way, not just the fast way. CMR was attentive to details, responsive when questions came up, and easy to work with throughout the entire project. We’d gladly work with them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional general contractor.

We recently worked with CMR General Contractors on a project in Westminster and had a very positive experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, which made a big difference. They showed up when they said they would, kept things moving, and didn’t leave us guessing about next steps. That alone puts them ahead of a lot of contractors. The quality of the work speaks for itself. Everything was done with attention to detail, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. No shortcuts, no patchwork fixes—just solid, well-done work that should hold up over time. They were also respectful of the space, keeping things as clean and organized as possible during the job. That goes a long way, especially on a longer project. Overall, if you’re looking for a contractor who is reliable, straightforward, and does quality work without the usual headaches, CMR General Contractors is a safe choice.
