CPP Kitchen & Bath Design Showroom of Cape Cod

Most reviews of CPP Kitchen & Bath name the same person: Toni. Antoaneta Jovanov — Toni to her customers — is listed as president of the West Dennis showroom, and the designs homeowners describe are hers. A September 2025 customer said she came up with a better kitchen layout than any other designer they had met, and drew up a bathroom vanity for them as well. The showroom sits on Main Street in West Dennis and says it has been offering kitchen and bathroom renovation solutions for over 20 years, supplying custom cabinetry, finishes and materials to Cape Cod homeowners. Its BBB profile lists a sole proprietorship started in 2017 with two employees. Thirty-two Google ratings average 4.7, and the work described runs from cabinetry out to whole rooms. A January 2025 kitchen renovation took in demolition, construction, painting, electrical, lighting, tiling and new floors. In an April 2024 review, an engineer whose Chatham Cape house had three floors renovated noted the 3D rendering and project-management software the team used. An April 2026 Houzz reviewer thanked Toni for their kitchen and for a bathroom finished that winter with a steam walk-in shower and heated floor. Vanities are a recurring commission: a wall-to-wall built-in tailored to one couple's needs in November 2024, an 11-foot vanity that same month, three vanities with countertops for a Cape house renovation in a December 2024 review. A July 2025 homeowner said the countertop installers were professional, timely and left no mess, and in an October 2025 review another credited Toni with staying on top of ordering and scheduling. The two one-star reviews are about reaching the showroom rather than the work. In November 2024 a shopper who stopped in on a Saturday found no one on the floor to help, left a phone number, and wrote that a week and two emails later there had been no call or email back. Two days before that, another drove out on a Sunday to find the store closed, and asked the company to update the Sunday hours posted on its website and door decal or say they are by appointment only. Its BBB profile carries an A+ and lists two Massachusetts licence numbers, 188805 and CSFA-106442. If you want a designer who draws the layout, picks the cabinets and stays with the job through installation — including alongside your own contractor, as a July 2025 client described — this is a straightforward call. Book an appointment rather than dropping in, and settle who performs the construction on your job.
