The gentleman were on time. One if the faucets was working fine. The second needed to be repaired The hot water faucet had low pressure. It took the lead person considerable time to figure out what the problem was. He told faucet apart and told me he was going to order a part. It took him quite awhile to put it back together and he told me he had to have the handle go backwards. I kept questioning them as to what was going on because it took them so long. They left telling they ordered a part and would be in within a day or so. I did say I would be out of town on Monday. When I went back to sink the hot water handle was leaking ( had never leaked) and I have had to wrap a clean towel around it as it was soaked each dsy. I initially write an email but deleted it by accident was do frustrated that I thought I would tell you on the phone. I found your invoice and was surprised that it was 507 when my issues were not resolved. This was my first experience with this company and unfortunately was disappointed. Ellen Liebel

The employees were very friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. The work was completed efficiently and the area was left clean afterward.
