Decora took over an awful unleveled floor and wall job left behind by other crews and transformed it into something exceptional. Their team is meticulous, sophisticated, and genuinely perfectionist in the best possible way. At one point, they removed and reset three times a difficult large tile beneath the shower bench in a curbless sloped shower, just to get the alignment exactly right. When I told them to save the effort as I honestly think it’s perfect enough, their response was "If we're doing the job, we're doing it right." The moment that truly sealed it came when a glass company owner arrived for measurements. After a detailed and point by point inspection, he immediately asked for Decora's contact info. When we said we knew they were great, he stopped us: "No, you can't see what I can see. You wouldn't fully understand how exceptional this tile work is. I would love to work with them on future projects." That kind of unsolicited, expert validation speaks louder than anything we could say. We are beyond happy with Decora and cannot recommend them highly enough.
