Dion Roofing & Remodeling, LLC

One-day roof replacements recur in Dion Roofing & Remodeling customers' descriptions, alongside cleanup that includes checking the yard for nails. A July 2026 customer said Joe and his crew installed a new roof, corrected airflow restrictions and finished in one day; the dumpster was collected the next morning. A June customer likewise described a one-day removal and installation with clean, neat work. Dion describes itself as a family-owned Massachusetts roofing and home-remodeling company and says it adopted the Dion name in 2018 after operating for more than two decades. There is also a recent complaint about the result: in a one-star Google review from May 2026, a customer wrote, "Roof was leaking the next month.. awful". That sits alongside customers describing roofs they were pleased with, including a July 2026 customer whose asphalt shingles and plywood sheathing were replaced. The work customers describe goes beyond putting down shingles. A May 2026 homeowner said the crew repaired damaged wood, installed ridge vents and new pipe boots, protected the chimney and cleaned the property, all in one day. That customer also said they received a 50-year Golden Pledge Warranty. An April 2026 customer described a roof replacement involving new plywood, shingles, a skylight and re-leading the chimney, completed between a 7 a.m. start and 6 p.m. finish. They said Joe and Wendy kept the work organized and handled their questions and concerns. Estimates and explanations receive specific praise too. In an April 2025 review, a customer said the estimate had explained that plywood might be needed over the old decking. After the roof was stripped, Joe sent photographs and discussed its condition; the customer chose the additional plywood and said the added expense had been explained in advance. A September 2025 customer described receiving a detailed written estimate, a step-by-step explanation of materials and installation, and nearby roof examples to help choose shingle colors. Their project included roofs on the house and garage plus five skylight replacements. Customers also describe care around the property. A July 2026 reviewer praised the crew's help with deck furniture and plants and its care around planting beds. In an April 2022 review, a homeowner said Joe and the crew used a magnet over the driveway and lawn to check for roofing nails after stripping and shingling the roof in one day.
