A customer who reached Patrick late at night through Thumbtack about a sewer backup says he explained the issue was likely tied to an external sewer pipe, contacted the city's Department of Public Works on the customer's behalf, and charged nothing. A recent Thumbtack customer says Patrick installed a new toilet and picked up the unit at Lowe's for them. A recent Thumbtack customer with an unusable bathroom sink says Patrick resolved the leak problems and installed a new faucet. In a 2026 review, a customer said Patrick traced low water pressure to a faulty sensor in a pressure booster, put a temporary fix in place, then returned to replace the sensor and pressure-test the system. A 2025 customer said Patrick arrived 25 minutes after the call about water backing up into the house, removed the guest bathroom toilet to run his snaking equipment through that drain, then reinstalled the toilet and cleaned up.
