Dream Work Carpentry and Remodeling is listed in Marlborough as a carpentry business, and its two dated customer accounts center on hands-on exterior work. In a January 2014 review, a homeowner described a responsive crew that delivered a fair quote and a tight timeline; in July 2013, another described a roughly 300-square-foot Shrewsbury deck rebuilt with composite boards and new railings. Those accounts are detailed and plainly written, but they are from 2013–2014, so they describe past jobs rather than current practice. The written history is small—two reviews—and both are five-star accounts, with Google showing 5 stars from two ratings. Before booking, ask for current examples, a written scope and timeline, and confirmation of licensing. BuildZoom’s Marlborough listing marks the business as having no active license on file; that listing is not a state-registry verification, but it is a reason to check the relevant Massachusetts requirements directly. The strongest fit is a homeowner seeking carpentry or deck work who wants to compare a current portfolio against those older accounts. Confirm present availability, licensing status, insurance, materials and warranty terms before signing.

This was the best experience with a contractor I have had. Eddie and his crew were outstanding. They fulfilled the basics that you always hope for but rarely get - Eddie was responsive and engaged throughout the project, he provided a very fair quote for the work involved, and stuck to it despite challenges along the way. In addition, he committed to and delivered work within a very tight timeframe. Dream Work truly went above and beyond expectations and I therefore rate them very highly. Dream Work coordinated and worked well with our flooring contractor so that we could finish the job effectively and to a high standard. They cared about the quality of their work, used good materials, added the extra layer of paint (even if unasked) where necessary and applied finishing touches to turn it from a good to a great final result. When my wife gave birth to our baby girl earlier than expected, Eddie stepped up even further and provided help, advice, and creative solutions to get everything done in time to a great standard. I was lucky to stumble upon Eddie and I know where my first call will be next time I need work done.
Dreamwork Carpentry did my deck in Shrewsbury. My deck was about 300 sq feet and they replaced all the railings and deck boards with composite. They were very professional right from quoting to finishing the job. They also cleaned up after they finished the job. They paid attention to satisfying my needs every step during the process. They are quality conscious remodelers, but also look for what would be cheaper and reliable for a customer with a budget. They bring a lot of knowledge to the table and are not afraid of sharing their knowledge with the customer. Overall, I am very happy with the job and their customer service. Now I regularly consult them on other jobs that I do around the house, as I find them very honest, hard-working and trustworthy!!
