- Nationwide marketing — site brands itself nationwide despite only Salem listed
- Thin review history — just one review turned up so far
Dry Top Roof Repair works out of Salem, Massachusetts, though its own site brands itself as a nationwide roof-repair operation, with a Massachusetts/Salem page tucked into the navigation as the one concrete local address on it. It's also listed as a member of the Salem Chamber of Commerce. The one customer account on record is a strong one: a homeowner with a leak in the master bathroom called in the morning, got a callback by late morning, and had someone up on the roof identifying the source of the leak that same afternoon. Google shows a perfect 5-star rating, but that's built on a single rating so far, so it's more a good first data point than a track record. Its own site lists a wide menu — leak repair, storm damage, shingles, flashing, emergency calls, commercial roofs, skylights, vents, and drainage — but only the leak-diagnosis side of that has a real customer account behind it right now. Worth asking directly whether you're dealing with a local Salem crew or a broader, template-driven network, since the site's own "nationwide" framing sits oddly next to a single-town service page. For a fast look at a leak, the one account here is encouraging. For anything bigger — a full replacement or storm-damage claim — there just isn't enough history yet to know how they perform past the first call; get a second opinion and confirm licensing and insurance before signing anything.

Our roof was leaking in the master bathroom. After reviewing several companies Dry top roof repair I called first thing in the morning, they called back by late morning and were at my home that same afternoon. The gentleman that came out went on to the roof and identified the problem immediately.
