A May 2026 review from a customer who said they had used Eastern on over 20 installations over three years says they come through every time. In a 2026 review, a customer said a driver named Claude grabbed a shovel and carved a path through snow to the propane tank. In a 2023 review, a customer said Chris refilled their tanks at 11:30 PM on a Friday night, checked their appliances and performed a full leak test.
