Edson Lacerda

Edson Lacerda is a Medford, Massachusetts contractor who takes on remodeling work, and his Thumbtack profile — listed out of neighboring Somerville — puts door installation on the menu. The part a homeowner can check independently holds up: Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration #208992 is active on the state registry, in his own name. For a remodel, have him walk the job and put the scope, the schedule and the price into a written contract before anything starts; for a smaller job like a door, a firm price and a date will do. Either way, ask for a few recent addresses or photos you can look at.
