First Option Construction

I recently worked with First Option Construction, Inc., and I’m genuinely happy with the whole experience. I hired them for a home renovation, and they really delivered. The quality of the work was excellent — clean finishing, great attention to detail, and the final result honestly turned out even better than I expected. From day one, the team was easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave me a fair, transparent estimate. Throughout the project they kept me updated and were honest about the schedule and any small adjustments along the way. They finished the job on time and stayed within the expected budget, with no surprise charges. Whenever something needed to be changed, they checked with me first, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, First Option Construction showed that they’re reliable, skilled, and truly care about doing things the right way. I’m very satisfied with the work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a renovation or home project.

They kept the work area clean every day, communicated clearly about the schedule and costs, and always made sure I was happy with each step of the project. The quality of the workmanship really stands out, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. It’s not easy to find a company you can truly trust in construction, but Denis went above and beyond and earned that trust. I highly recommend First Option Construction to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent company! They did an amazing job on my home project — professional, reliable, and very detail-oriented. The work was finished on time and the quality is outstanding. Highly recommend for any residential construction!

Over the many years I’ve seen and had work done in different areas and property locations, First Option construction has more than satisfied me with the work and building a most needed porch for my family and I. What a beautiful work in such a short time being under pressure of a strict town department. They went above and beyond through the difficulty the town department gave them. When the final inspection was due, the inspector came and was astounded by the work and told Ramos the owner he did more work than they imagined assuring that the deck would be safe as we have many children’s and that the project was wonderful with a great finish touch. A person that’s willing to do more in ensuring the safety of your family on the project you hired them is a person of quality. I would highly recommend this company “First Option Construction” and look forward to working with them for the future projects I plan on doing in my home.
