A 2025 customer wrote that since 2017, John and his crew fixed two burst pipes, installed a new boiler and replaced a 275-gallon tank, and that the three emergencies were handled the same day. In a 2024 review, a customer with a leaking oil tank said John arrived within 20 minutes, patched the leak, cleaned up what he could of the oil and came back a week later to replace the tank. A 2024 customer who heats with a wood boiler and radiant floors said the company came out promptly to troubleshoot, sometimes twice a day, until the problems were resolved. Had a company come out and reccomend a new boiler to the tune of 20k$. Called fletcher for a second opinion and they had my boiler fixed, serviced and cleaned for under 600$. John and Jeremy were the techs. Great dudes. Super knowledgeable and no BS. Would recommend these guys every time!
Since 2017, John and his crew has fixed 2 burst pipes, installed a new, very efficient boiler, and replaced a 275 gallon tank. The 3 emergency situations were handled the same day. I can not praise Fletcher Heating more. Extremely reliable, prompt, professional and very fair with pricing. I highly recommend Fletcher for your heating and plumbing needs. uggg...leak in our oil tank!!! We contacted Tefft, our oil provider, and she called John at Fletcher, who was here within 20 minutes! He patched the leak, cleaned up what he could of the oil (we still had to thoroughly clean it with degreaser to remove the oil odors - that's a whole different job), and came back a week later to replace the tank. Definitely recommend!!
