Garage Force North Shore is a concrete floor coating company based in Melrose, run by owner Myles Lane, that installs epoxy and polyurea coatings for garage, basement, and patio floors across the North Shore. It's a small, franchise-model operation — reviewers across two years consistently name Myles alongside crew members Mike and Jacob. The written record, spanning 2024 through mid-2026, is uniformly positive and specific. Reviewers describe a two-step process: a detailed on-site assessment where Myles walks through floor prep options, including diamond grinding for cracked or stained concrete, and a coating install typically finished in one to two days. Jobs described include two-car garage floors, a one-car garage in Melrose, a basement floor, and a mudroom done alongside a garage project, with named dollar figures ranging from roughly $2,500 to $5,000. Customers repeatedly credit fast scheduling, on-time crews, and follow-up visits to confirm the finished floor looks right. Some of the review volume overlaps: several Angi and HomeAdvisor reviews describe the same jobs and the same customers restated across platforms, and a few of those are themselves copies of the writer's Google review — so the headline review counts represent fewer distinct customers than they first appear to. Separately, the company's own Thumbtack page gives inconsistent figures for its age (two years in one place, three in another) and headcount (three versus four employees), though the underlying reviews are detailed enough to read as genuine rather than fabricated. For a garage, basement, or patio floor coating, the reviews point to a company that explains the process clearly upfront and delivers a finished floor on the timeline it quotes; given how new the business is, it's worth asking directly about warranty terms and how long the coating is expected to hold up.

Myles and his team are amazing! He came out and gave us a detailed assessment with an action plan, showed us options, and matched what would be best for our specific floor. We booked an appointment easily and instantly received a confirmation with a set date. The team was on time, courteous, and very professional. I would recommend Garage Force North Shore to anyone in the area looking to improve the look and feel of their garage!
Outstanding job, came out perfect, product was installed as advertised, installers were very professional and was very fairly priced
Great job. Love it.
We had a great experience with Garage Force for the project. They were very responsive and showed up on time and wrapped the work in two days as per the quote.
I thought garage Force did a phenomenal job on my two car garage floor. They had to Diamond grind for concrete and continued from there to add the coding. It took them two full days in the result was excellent. Great work ethic. He will go out of his way to make sure you're happy with the job. Highly recommend
