I called KC Mechanical concerning my boiler being locked out after running out of oil. I had tried all the tricks of bleeding the line, etc but couldn't get it to fire properly after refilling the tank. In less than 5 minutes, I was able to explain my problem and find a resolution, over the phone. I've heard countless horror stories of "Big HVAC" taking advantage of their customers. They COULD HAVE not helped and just scheduled a service call instead, but today, HONESTY prevailed. A breath of fresh air, especially around the holidays as it is. Thank you KC Mechanical!
Highly recommend this company. I was recommended to this company by my landlord. I called this company after calling over 70 Hvac companies in the area hoping to get anyone to help me service my unit which was down during an intense heat wave. They immediately took my call and promised they would get out to me early the next day. Sure enough they were true to their word and fixed my unit that day. The tech had difficulty finding my unit on the roof that houses many other businesses units and he worked with the mall maintenance team to locate my unit. He communicated with my employees and keep us in the loop which was very professional of him. Will definitely use this company again in the future for HVAC service.
