I arrived at the house to discover a water leak that was making its way through the lower level ceiling. I called Micheal at Gotme Under Pressure who arrived the next day and immediately identified the area of the leak and fixed in. He was clean, professional and knowledgable. I would recommend for anyone with a plumbing issue/need,
Mike contacted me immediately for the job and did great. He is polite, timely, knowledgeable. There were three issues compounding the leaks and he resolved them all in 3hrs.
He did a great job!!
Very fast and quick to respond. We had low water pressure and rust brown hot water. Mike was able to come out the very next day and after flushing it out suggested we get a new water heater. However, he called me later and after discussion we attempted to change the anode rod )in which he came back out the next day). We were unable to get the new one in but he didn’t give up and after flushing again the pressure went up and water was clear. His can do attitude along with his knowledge and non persuasive manner aka wasn’t trying to sell me a new water heater but find other solutions is why I will continue to do and recommend Mike with you plumbing issues.
