Twenty-five people wrote about Graumann Builders this year, and the word that keeps turning up is detail — the finish work, the clean lines, the things you notice after the crew has gone. Fernando Graumann runs the company himself; its site says he founded it in 2018 and has more than 22 years in construction, working out of Needham and Natick across Greater Boston. The jobs behind those write-ups are whole rooms and whole houses. A May 2026 client hired them as general contractor for a home addition and described real craftsmanship, clean finishes and precise carpentry. Another in May 2026 came out of a bathroom renovation talking about floor protection, dust control and a schedule that held. In July 2026, a kitchen client credited the help with vision and style from the first conversation, and an April 2026 client said the project landed on time and under budget. The range runs wider than kitchens and baths. A February 2026 reviewer had two kitchen remodels done, one with semi-custom cabinetry in the primary residence; another that month had an office renovated on schedule. A third watched an old, weathered wood deck come back in white and gray Trex and praised the precision of the composite finishing. On Houzz in March 2026, someone who has worked with Fernando since 2005 described a new home build finished the year before. Worth knowing who is writing. Eight of the twenty-five say they have known or worked alongside Fernando for years — one for 20 years, one since 2005, an interior designer, a building partner — rather than describing a job at their own house. The homeowner accounts are the specific ones: the addition, the bathroom, the two kitchens, the deck. The Better Business Bureau grades the company A+ and lists it as accredited. Graumann suits a kitchen, a bath, an addition or a deck where the finish carpentry is the point of the job. Ask for the two or three most recent projects like yours and homeowners you can call, and get the schedule and the site-protection routine — the floor coverings and dust control one client singled out — written into the contract.
Fernando & his team were communicative, timely, and meticulous. He is super knowledgable and easy to work with. Would 100% go back to him for future projects and definitely recommend to others!
Graumann Builders is exceptionally good. We recently renovated our kitchen, and right from the start the communication and help with vision and style was excellent. The experience across the team is deep and the efficiency is top notch. Would highly recommend if you are taking on a project to hire Graumann Builders.
Fernando exceeded our expectations from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and had a reliable team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Throughout the entire project, he kept us updated on timelines, communicated what to expect, and was always quick to answer questions. One of the things we appreciated most was that he didn’t just build what was on the plans, he helped us to make our kitchen even better. He worked with me to come up with practical solutions for the layout, from cabinet utilization, maximizing our layout, lighting, and other details that have made the space much more functional. Along the way he listened and problem solved to make our kitchen flow beautifully. The quality of the work is outstanding, and we were amazed that we could utilize our kitchen in just one month from the start of the project. It stayed on schedule, and the finished product is exactly what we hoped for. We’re so happy with our dream kitchen and couldn’t recommend Fernando more. We’ll definitely be using Fernando and his team again for future projects.
We hired Graumann Builders for a home addition and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, communication was easy, and they always showed up on time. You can tell this is a team that truly cares about the quality of their work. If you’re looking for a reliable general contractor for new home construction, remodeling, or custom builds, Graumann Builders is the one to call. Highly recommend!
Couldn’t be happier with Graumann Builders. Our bathroom is now the dream space we envisioned. From the very first contact to the final result, the level of care for our home was incredible. Floor protection, dust control, attention to detail, staying on schedule, and respecting our budget every step of the way. Truly one of the best decisions we made. Highly recommend
