Greentree Renovations

Greentree Renovations reaches Orleans homeowners the old-fashioned way: a neighbor passes along Joseph's name and number. In an April 2026 Nextdoor thread, an Orleans resident answering someone's request wrote that "Joseph of Greentree Renovations does quality work, reasonably priced and is honest" and gave out (508) 487-9992. A second Orleans Nextdoor post, in June 2026, named the business and the same number again. That is a nearby recommendation on a specific, recent job request, which makes him a reasonable first call for renovation work on the Lower Cape. Ring the number, walk him through what you want done, and ask to see a couple of recent projects like it. Confirm his Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and insurance, and get the scope and the price in writing before anyone starts.
