Hallinan Water Works LLC

My pool started to leak this summer and I hired Tyler who owns Hallinan water works LLC to fix the leak and also to take care of my pool. While Tyler was trying to find the leak, he took the pool lights out and placed them on the pool deck. It took Tyler a month to put the lights back in. I was enjoying a dark pool for most of the summer. During the process of cleaning the pool, we found out that the multiport valve was not functioning which I found very strange. I recently paid a pool company to install a brand new multiport. Tyler stated that the pool company installed a used/broken multiport and they did not do a good job with the plumbing and he could do a better job. Tyler attempted to troubleshoot the brand new multiport with no success and suggested for me to purchase another multiport. I agreed for him to do the replumbing with the new multiport until I purchase it. Since Tyler was already took all the pipes apart, he "stated that the pool had to be up and running and he insisted to replumb the broken multiport for now and promised to install the new multiport at no charge. Three weeks ago, I purchased a brand new multiport and Tyler was made aware so he could come to complete the job that he already get paid for. Tyler texted me by saying "that the multiport installation was never a contractual obligation but a free courtesy, which he is no longer willing to provide". Until now the pool is still leaking and Tyler could not detect the leaks to fix it and demanded to get paid. Tyler never came to install the new multiport that I purchased and he ended up getting paid to reinstall the same broken part. This pool company Hallinan water works is shady and it is all about dishonesty, fraud and deceit and I would never recommend it . Now I will end up paying another pool company a third time to perform the same job.
