The site lists plaster restoration, vinyl liners, pool and spa openings and closings, weekly pool cleaning and coping and tile restoration among its services. A 2023 customer wrote that their 40 year old gunite pool looked brand new and praised both the tile and plaster crews. That 2023 customer said JR had been on the job several times during the process and that JR and staff stuck to the contract. A 2024 customer said Century Pool had taken care of their pool for over 25 years, with regular weekly visits and fair pricing. A 2023 customer who had a pool emergency said they responded quickly and explained the problem and the steps required to fix it. A 2026 customer said they used the company for setup and maintenance of a refurbished gunite pool and called the price reasonable. A 2025 customer called the company price gougers and wrote that the cost of a pool closing doubled in 3 years. That 2025 customer said the company was unprofessional and rude when they called to question their bill, and cancelled their future scheduled closings before they asked to be removed from the list. I had the pleasure of using CP for setup and maintenance of my refurbished gunite pool. They are always very responsive and professional. They have excellent knowledge base and provide great service at a reasonable price.
Would be zero there was an option. Price gougers and extremely poor customer service. Cost of a pool closing doubled in 3 years - with me doing all the prep work. Save yourself a headache and call someone else, someone who cares about your needs and not just the money. Called in to question their bill and they were very unprofessional and rude. They cancelled me on future scheduled closings before I asked to be removed from their list.
