Denis and ID roof replaced a flat rubber roof on my JP triple decker with a White PVC roof. From communication to completion everything was excellent with Denis. I had three well regarded companies come out and Denis‘s price was the most competitive. I had great communication by phone call and text message nearly every day while they were working on the job. I was especially impressed with the drone photos and videos before and after so that I did not have to go up onto the roof to inspect the work when there was an unexpected issue with the Wood decking. Once they remove the old roof Denis was quick to propose a solution and keep things on track. As the manager of Arborview Realty, I would not hesitate to recommend ID Roofing to our clients in the future everything Denis said he would do. He did including permits and a paid receipt at the end. Great work.

As The team came in they were very communicative and responsive; they provided assessments of issues and best approach as needed. They worked hard and completed the project quickly and efficiently. We received pictures of the work and video, they removed all debris and were respectful of neighbor's and property; it's tight quarters in the city! Town Inspection was passed and work completed without issue. Very pleased with the results, never looked better with new bright flat roof and skylight and best of all...no leaks thereafter with the rainstorms this summer!
