I had a failed mini split system that had to be replaced. James and team came in and managed the entire project, removal to installation of the new equipment. The design and placement of the equipment is almost invisible on the house, unlike our old equipment which was an absolute eyesore. They were all friendly, professional, and very clean coming in and out of the house. I highly recommend this company!

So far not great. I’ll post a follow up after they show up. Booked this appointment weeks ago. Took the day off. Cancelled 10 minutes after planned arrival time due to the “rain”. Were not flexible with rescheduling day.

This company is awesome. I will recommend them always. Lisa is always helping me out trying to figure everything out and what works best for us. They guys that have come to do the replacements and repairs are always very respectful and down to earth. I've never had any issues with them at all and my dogs don't bark at them eithier. Thank you for making our first home warmer literally and for the new tank installation and hot water. I will recommend this family company to anyone and everyone...Y and A🤗

Our Granby oil storage tank was 60 years old and looking extremely dicey. Having lived through the nightmare of a leaking oil tank at a previous residence, I wasn't about to go through that experience again. I asked my oil delivery guy to recommend someone to replace the tank, and he unhesitatingly told me to use J.P. Dunn. That was great advice. I was quoted a very fair price for a new Roth oil tank, and they scheduled a time for the installation that was convenient for me and not way off in the future. The technicians (Carl and Joe) arrived on the designated date, looked the situation over, discussed everything with me, and got to work. Both of them were friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job from beginning to end. I truly couldn't be happier with the completed installation. I highly recommend using J.P. Dunn for your heating and cooling needs.

We lost hot water unexpectedly and needed help fast. No hot water isn’t necessarily always an emergency so to speak but when you’re without hot water with an 11 week old baby and a 2 year old, it complicates things A LOT. JP Dunn answered right away (in the evening after hours), prioritized our emergency, and had a technician out immediately. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. From the initial phone call to having the issue fixed was less than an hour!! AJ was amazing! He clearly explained the issue, walked us through our options, and got everything repaired on the spot. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. In a situation that could have been stressful, they made it easy. We’re so grateful and will absolutely be using them again in the future! Thank you guys so much!
