Boilers and heat are what bring people back to Just Right Services. In a December 2025 Google review, a customer on vacation got a call that the heat was out and there was water on the floor; Marc got a new boiler in right away, and the crew even painted the steam pipes flat black. A June 2026 customer described an extensive repair to a Viessmann boiler: Marc assessed it within a few days and Chad did the repairs within the week at a fair price. The Melrose company describes itself as family-owned, doing plumbing, heating, cooling, radiant heating, snow-melt and gas work across Middlesex County and Greater Boston since 2014. It holds a 5.0 from 16 Google ratings, and BuildZoom shows 46 projects. Its Massachusetts plumber license 3770-PL-C is expired. Several customers said they had used the company for about 10 years. A March 2026 customer said the company had installed air conditioning splits for their three-family, and another that month had mini-splits installed and called the work meticulous. In a July 2026 review, a landlord said the company reached a rental property within a day when the furnace failed in winter and again when the water tank flooded the basement, and finished both jobs on time and on the estimate.
Excellent service! On two separate occasions I've called Just Right Services INC for urgent pluming and heating issues. The first time was when the furnace at my rental property failed in the middle of winter, and the second time was when the water tank there failed and flooded the basement. Just Right Services was able to get to the property and assess the issue within a day, provide me details of the repairs needed, a cost estimate and when the work could be completed. They provided me with updates throughout the job and completed everything on time and per the estimate both times. I will continue to use them and would absolutely recommend them to others!
I had a great experience recently with a pretty extensive repair to my Veissmann boiler. Marc was able to come by for an assessment within a few days of me reaching out and Chad came to do the repairs within the week. I couldn't be happier with the job that was done. The pricing was fair and the work was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend Just Right Services Inc.
