A second customer the day before left one line: "Does Good services recommended." That is the whole written history — two reviews, both from the same week in January 2024, both five stars, on one platform. It is a genuinely good couple of reviews, and it is also far too little to tell you how he handles a bad day or a job that goes sideways. He is a reasonable call for a straightforward replacement job where permits and inspection matter, since that is exactly what the 2024 review describes. Before booking, ask for his Massachusetts plumbing licence number and check it yourself against the state registry, and get a couple of recent local references you can phone.
