LEI Corporation (also known as Landscaping Etc., Inc.) is a Boylston, Massachusetts commercial landscape and snow-removal company founded in 1987, primarily serving commercial property managers across New England with landscape maintenance, snow and ice management, parking-lot management, and hardscape work. The Better Business Bureau lists an A+ grade and 39 years in business, and Procore shows 79 tracked landscaping and masonry projects. The written record here is dominated by conduct complaints rather than accounts of landscaping work itself. A May 2026 review describes a crew using leaf blowers in a busy parking lot, blowing rocks and debris toward parked cars and pedestrians. A separate May 2026 review describes a company vehicle illegally parked across two handicap spots. A 2023 review makes a general complaint about a driver, echoing similar comments about driving. Anyone considering LEI Corporation for property or landscape management should ask specifically about crew safety practices around pedestrians and vehicles and driver conduct standards, since the recent written record raises repeated concerns in that area even though the company has a long operating history and a strong BBB standing.

Absolutely unacceptable conduct from LEI Landscaping at Lincoln Plaza in Hingham today. Their crew was using leaf blowers in a packed parking lot during one of the busiest times of the week, blasting rocks, dirt, and debris directly toward parked vehicles and pedestrians. You could literally hear debris striking cars. Completely reckless and an obvious risk for paint chips, scratches, and vehicle damage. On top of that, their trucks and equipment were positioned in ways that blocked customers from leaving parking spaces, creating unnecessary backups and frustration throughout the plaza. This was careless, unprofessional, and poorly managed. A company working in a busy shopping center should know better than to operate this way around customers’ vehicles.
Parking at Best Buy Marlborough taking up two handicap spots and access isles. Very illegal. Will be submitting to local PD. Clearly this is not a new problem. Train your drivers.
Your fleet mechanic keeps driving that way. He just might end up in a ditch.
Bad driver can’t imagine great service. You can see other people say the same thing in the reviews not just me.
