Great experience with this plumber! He showed up right on time, was very professional, and did an excellent job. Everything was completed efficiently and the quality of the work was outstanding. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

I will never call these guys again. I had them come out to check my stage 1 water filter system, since the dry tank was filling with water. They asked me for the manual, which I provided. They not only didn't fix it, they changed the setting so that it's now beeping continuously and I can't get it to stop. I called them back to let them know it was filling with water again and beeping, and was told that the "the tank probably needs to be emptied and refilled" and that "without the proper manual, they couldn't troubleshoot it" (I gave them the only manual that came with the system, which was pretty comprehensive), or that "I might need a new system" - in other words, they had no idea. They told me to hit the regen button to stop the beeping - and it stopped. For about an hour. It is CONTINUOUS AND NONSTOP. Furthermore, they upsold me for a furnace cleaning/check service, which I went along with, and although I have several (new/unused) filters, they didn't even change the filter that needed to be changed (I write the date on it when I change it) , which makes me suspect they hardly looked at the unit. They walked away with $400 for less than 2 hours, and I now have a water-filled beeping issue that I'll need to call another plumber for help with. I almost never write bad reviews, but I've never been this dissatisfied and upset with a service before.

The scheduling process was super easy — the person I spoke with on the phone was kind, helpful, and made sure to find a time that worked for me. Ray showed up on time, did great work, and left everything neat and tidy. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Used LoCal as recommended by our contractor. What's Great- Communication. Availability. Work appears to be good quality. What's Not- Incredibly expensive. $1250 for 4-5 hours of labor. Basically $250 hour. All parts, fixtures were provided except a few plastic fittings/shims ($20 or so). Also wall was wide open to work in on one floor. Leaves a mess for you to pick up.
