Lokal Construction

Lokal Construction is a small general contracting outfit based in Milford, run by Thiago Silva, working on decks, porches, and tile and flooring jobs for homeowners in the area. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. The written record is short — three reviews since late 2025 — but consistent. A late-2025 review describes a deck remodel where Thiago didn't just build to a plan but suggested how to lay it out so it would match the rest of the house, and called the crew clean and polite on the way out. A more recent reviewer, after having porch and tile work done, called him "the best guy for anything flooring related." A local news profile from earlier this year describes Thiago and his team as licensed, insured general contractors handling a range of residential projects around Milford. There isn't much of a track record yet to point to beyond that — worth asking for references given how new the review history is.
