LR SIDING SERVICES INC

LR Siding Services is a West Yarmouth outfit built around one thing: siding, especially cedar shingle work, on Cape Cod homes. Run by Leandro, the company says it has been at it about four years, working from Bourne to Provincetown by its own service list, with siding, trim, windows/doors and decks as its bread and butter. The reviews back that focus. Google shows 26 ratings averaging 5 stars, and the sixteen reviews on file from 2024 and 2025 keep repeating the same specifics: a full tear-off and cedar shingle re-side reviewers called efficient and "amazing," a same-day call where the job got done quickly, and one customer who says they've worked with the company for five years and calls the finish "as close to perfect as possible." Leandro is named directly by several reviewers, which tracks with a small, hands-on crew rather than a large outfit. One thing worth confirming before booking: the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #212425, came back expired when checked against the state registry. BuildZoom's own listing shows a later 2026 expiration date for that same license number, so it's worth asking the company directly to clear up its current status before signing anything. For a straightforward siding job on the Cape — especially a cedar shingle re-side — the reviews point to a solid, well-liked crew; just settle the licensing question first.
