Extremely unprofessional and offensive experience. I paid this business $185 just to look at a hidden plumbing leak. We agreed on a repair appointment between 9-10 AM. Not only did he completely fail to show up, but when I texted him to ask if he was still coming, he sent an insulting text message accusing me of not being sober, claiming it was a 'liability.' I am a local resident dealing with a serious household issue, and being insulted by a contractor I already paid is unacceptable. Do not trust your home or your money to this business. Save your time and call a professional who respects their customers. Ryan at Latour Plumbing is an absolute lifesaver! I called him after another contractor took my money and completely flaked on an urgent hidden pipe leak that was spiking my water bill. Ryan went completely out of his way to show up early on a Sunday morning before his regular shift even started. He located the problem instantly and fixed the leak in two seconds. He only charged me $125 and explicitly waived the emergency weekend fees just because I am a local resident. Honest, incredibly fast, polite, and truly cares about the community. If you need a plumber in the area, do not hesitate to call Ryan at Latour Plumbing. Highest possible recommendation!

Boiler valve blew flooding my basement on the weekend. Called M Kibbie, Matt answered while grocery shopping. Came over within the hour and fixed the valve and installed a new expansion tank. Very reasonable prices even with the emergency response on a weekend. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will most certainly use him on future projects/ issues.

The BEST hiring a HVAC service experiences I’ve EVER HAD! Our furnace kept shutting down after 10 seconds and we couldn’t understand why. Matt was very knowledgeable and great at explaining the issue. My wife and I were at our wits end with our previous HVAC service provider and they did a sham job at multiple times the cost that Matt quoted. He was quick and responsive, courteous, personable.
