Marino heating

We just turned on heat for 2023 season this week, oct. 12. Everything was working until 4am, Saturday morning. I was alerted to a furnace problem by my ecobee wifi thermostat. I did basic troubleshoot, reset breakers and made sure the furnace had power and unplugged the ecobee unit to ensure it was communicating with my cellphone app and the remote servers. I called two service companies in my area that i had used in the past. The original furnace installer never called back. Dan Marino called back within 20minutes. He asked me a few questions about the symptoms and what i did so far. He decided to come, it was Saturday morning, not really an emergency, and found two issues quickly. A safety relay had failed and another part in the pump had become very noisy and appeared to be stripped. He had both parts, service complete in less than a hour. My bill was far less expensive than I thought it would be. Thanks Dan, you'll be highly recommended for now on.
