Martin Painting and Carpentry

Reviewers here write about Juan, not about a company. In August 2026 one homeowner had him take on an entire basement renovation along with carpentry and painting on the main floor; another said he remodeled their deck and made it look like new. Martin Painting & Carpentry works out of 888 Western Ave in Lynn, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #210191, is active on the state registry under Martin Painting & Carpentry LLC. The company describes its work as interior and exterior carpentry and house painting, home remodeling and repair, trim and door or window work, and siding indoors and out, with Boston in its stated service area. Customers describe the same range of jobs and keep landing on the same qualities: an August 2026 reviewer on a repair job said the crew arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and worked efficiently; another that month said everything was completed cleanly and exactly the way it should be; a third described attention to detail that left nothing undone. A Spanish-speaking customer writing in August 2026 called the company responsible and the work very good, which is worth knowing if that is the language you would rather do business in. For interior or exterior painting and the carpentry that goes with it — trim, doors, a deck, a basement build-out — Juan is the person to ask for. Before booking, settle the schedule for anything larger than a repair, and get the scope and the paint or materials written down.
