Marcelo is the name that keeps turning up in reviews of Masterflow Plumbing & Heating — four reviewers name him directly. The Saugus company describes itself as a residential and commercial plumbing and heating contractor working the Boston area, doing general repairs and installations and offering 24/7 emergency service. The most specific accounts come from the autumn of 2025. In a September 2025 review, a homeowner wrote that Marcelo did their bathroom and kitchen and called him detail-oriented. Another customer writing in September 2025 described a punctual, polite plumber who fixed the problem quickly and left everything clean and organized afterward. A third, also in September 2025, said he handled the inspections and permits quickly. Builders write about them too. In an October 2025 review, a reviewer who had used Masterflow on several residential projects said the work came in on schedule; a September 2025 reviewer described several years of jobs with Marcelo and his team. One September 2025 customer put it in two words: professional, and a good price. On Google the company holds 5 stars from 11 ratings. For a bathroom or kitchen fit-out around Boston, or a repair that needs the permits pulled, this is a small shop whose customers describe punctual, tidy work. Ask who will actually be on the job, get the scope and price in writing, and look up the Massachusetts plumbing licence of the person doing the work before you book.
