In a 2025 review, one homeowner called at 8AM after their AC failed overnight; Dan diagnosed a mouse that had nested in the unit and fried the capacitor, and had it fixed before the day got hot. In a 2024 review, another homeowner whose larger HVAC company wouldn't send anyone out during a heat wave got Dan on the phone and a technician out within a few hours. And in a 2024 review, a family that had cycled through seven different heating and cooling companies after a chemical leak contaminated their air handler said Dan was the first to give a thorough explanation of what had actually happened. The work itself runs from routine repairs and tune-ups to full system overhauls — oil-to-gas boiler conversions, mini-split and heat pump installs, central air replacements, and water heater work — usually credited to a small, recurring cast of named techs (Joe, Joseph, Brandon, Shane, Mike) alongside Dan and office manager Stacy, who reviewers repeatedly single out for keeping communication moving. It isn't spotless. A June 2026 review describes a central air installation with ongoing issues and says the company stopped responding to follow-up questions and repair requests, adding they weren't knowledgeable about the equipment's specs.
