Two things to weigh. Google's average is 4.3 across 28 ratings, which sits below the written accounts — nine of the ten published comments are five stars, so the score is held down by ratings nobody explained. And one reviewer describes being refused the job outright and treated rudely over the area code on their phone; that account is several years old and nothing like it repeats, but it is the one complaint on the board. One more thing: a good share of this shop's work is automotive. Windshields in and out in an hour, repeat customers with several vehicles — that sits inside the same rating as the shower glass. If you want them for the house, ask what the lead time is on ordered glass and get the price in writing, since quick turnaround on an order is what customers praise most.
