Great communication, great service. Was very patient as I navigated obtaining financing through NextZero/Abode (I’m in a town with municipal power that isn’t eligible for Mass Save), he applied to join their contractor network, etc. He installed whole-home mini splits, was very efficient coordinating everything from delivery of equipment, lining up his electrician, and scheduling junk removal to haul away any debris. We are very pleased with how everything came out. Highly recommend!
