Mike Smith Building & Remodeling is an Orleans builder with a long history on the Outer Cape: the company tells the BBB it was established in 1977 and incorporated in Massachusetts in 2005, and it describes its work as remodeling and new construction, including additions, decks, roofing, siding, window replacement, flooring, and kitchen and bathroom remodeling. BuildZoom shows 38 permitted projects from 2005 to 2023, mostly in Orleans and Harwich, and names Michael Smith as owner. Its written track record is one Google review, from September 2017. The customer, who had bought an older waterfront town home in Brewster, said the team renovated it extensively from planning to delivery at a reasonable cost, offered useful suggestions, and let them move in well ahead of schedule. The state registry shows its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration #191640 as expired. Its BBB rating is A+.
