Marc was thorough and explained things so I could understand them. We had him inspect a home we were in the process of buying and he found some issues that were deal breakers that the seller's own inspectors didn't find a year ago. We then had him inspect the second home we got into contract for and he called out issues that the sellers agreed to fix. He was never alarmist but called out issues found and walked me through what the process would look like so when I spoke to a the electricians I had a good idea of what to expect. I spoke to 3 electricians who all gave the same suggestions without my input so I felt confident he and they knew what they were talking about. He was also very prompt and arrived before I did to both inspections. I'll be spreading the word to anyone I know buying a home in the area.
