NAD Wood Floors

NAD Wood Floors is a Framingham hardwood flooring company, and the name customers keep using is Walace, the owner, whose team does the work. Google shows 4.9 stars from 129 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. Refinishing old floors is the core of the work. In July 2026, a customer said Walace and his team restored 28-year-old hardwood floors so they looked new, at a reasonable price. In a November 2024 review, one customer said the team refinished about 1,500 square feet including stairs and talked through options when they found old water damage, and an August 2024 reviewer described the refinishing of floors in a historical home. Installation comes up too: a December 2023 reviewer described a solid red oak floor laid in herringbone, April and July 2024 reviewers said the crew replaced old carpet with hardwood or maple, and a September 2024 customer said they installed flooring and moulding in five rooms despite subfloor problems. In a June 2024 review, a customer said a kitchen and hallway refinish from November 2023 chipped, peeled and blistered within days, and the redo in March peeled again, so the floors looked worse than before and would need a third refinishing within six months. A flooring expert they brought in said the job was done improperly, and Walace told them the damage was not his fault and he offered no guarantee against scratching.
