NEC Construction LLC

NEC Construction LLC is a Millis-based general contractor run by Costa Konstantinopoulos, working on custom home building, additions and remodeling projects. Public permit records show real jobs on file: a Franklin project in 2016, one in Westborough in 2018, and an $87,000 pool house built in Medway in 2023. Review volume here is thin — a single detailed review from 2021 called the work "amazing" with "lots of knowledge and experience," without describing a specific project, and a separate Houzz listing carries one five-star rating whose text isn't published. Worth knowing: NEC Construction's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is registry-verified expired; BuildZoom's own records show the same registration has been inactive since it lapsed in December 2017. With so little written feedback and an expired state registration, it's worth asking directly about current licensing status and getting references from a recent project — like the 2023 Medway pool house — before hiring.
