What's thin is customers. Google carries a single 5-star rating, and the BBB profile shows no reviews at all. The one customer voice the company has anywhere is a testimonial on The Blue Book, and it is positive — but a single comment is not a track record, and it should be weighed as one person's word. There is also a tenure wrinkle worth a question: the website claims 20 years, while BBB records the business as started in 2010, which would be 16. This is the right call for an owner or facilities manager with a commercial or institutional project — a campus upgrade, a telecom room, an interior fit-out — and especially for one carrying a supplier-diversity requirement, since the WBE status is documented in more than one place rather than merely asserted. A homeowner planning a kitchen or an addition should ask first whether Oakman takes residential work at all; what it publishes points at commercial and industrial buildings.
