OUTSTANDING SERVICE! From the very first call, I had an amazing experience working with Oceanside Restoration. Most especially, I want to recognize Jon Bryan (JB) who did an exceptional job - he was extremely patient, professional, dedicated, considerate and served as a great liaison between myself, the insurance company as well as the condo board. After experiencing a devastating flood, resulting from water running from the upstairs neighbor’s condo, my unit was uninhabitable and had to be demolished. I was overwhelmed. However, Jon listened to all of my concerns, and was always available to answer all of my questions. As a result, my fears were put aside, and I was confident that he would do an amazing job. Not only did he do an excellent job with completing the water damage mitigation and demolition, but he kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was committed to doing an exceptional job, and handled everything with care. It is very rare to find someone that is not only highly skilled, but truly invested in doing an exceptional job, while giving their customers’ peace of mind. I highly recommend Oceanside Restoration and Jon to anyone that values quality work, great customer service and an outstanding job. Liars and thieves! When they were confronted they walked off the job. Never herd from the company. It is devastating to lose our home to a fire and we trusted everything they were telling us but it was all lies.

Listen up, people. This is the resource you need when your house is flooded and destroyed. Don’t mess around. Oceanside was there the day I found a problem and they stayed with me. I am lucky I found them. The rest of the story is tragic, but Oceanside is the best!
