Over The Top Roofing

Over The Top Roofing is a Peabody roofer that works across the North Shore, and speed is what customers keep describing. An August 2024 reviewer said a 1,500-square-foot roof went from teardown to cleanup in six hours, a January 2026 customer said Elias Junior's crew finished in one day with no debris left the next, and a December 2025 customer had the roof done less than a week after calling. It holds 4.9 stars from 190 Google ratings and 4.9 from 100 on Thumbtack. Customers from 2024 to 2026 name Sarah for quotes and scheduling, and a May 2024 customer with a leak said she gave a detailed report with drone photos and two proposals. The jobs run from full replacements to small ones: a May 2026 customer had shingles and decking replaced on a detached garage in a single morning, and an August 2026 customer had a granddaughter's playhouse roofed. Two commenters on r/northshore said in August 2026 that the company did their roofs. A July 2024 reviewer said no one showed up for a quote, and an April 2026 customer who was pleased with the work said the crew left for the weekend without telling them when the job ran past one day.
