Pinnacle Kitchens is a Walpole showroom specializing in custom, semi-custom, and stock cabinetry, countertops, and kitchen and bath design. The company says it has served eastern New England since 1987 and has operated under new ownership since 2013. Customer experiences are mixed. A 2023 Google reviewer praised designer advice, budget help, speed, and a wetbar project finished correctly the first time; a 2024 reviewer was happy with a small kitchen. A 2023 reviewer, however, described a six-month kitchen remodel with repeated measurement and damaged-cabinet problems and alleged that the owner did not pay for extra installer visits. A 2016 Houzz review praised custom design, cabinetry, countertops, deadlines, and budget fit. The company says custom cabinets take six to seven weeks, semi-custom lines three to four weeks, and some stocked lines can be ready in two days. It also offers free design services. Ask for a detailed design, delivery timeline, installation responsibility, and written remedy terms before committing. Pinnacle Kitchens may fit homeowners who want cabinetry and countertop design from a long-running Walpole showroom, but the sharply negative remodeling account makes careful contract and installation checks essential.

Was very happy with the final outcome of my small kitchen for my intown apartment.
I worked with Pinnacle's designer Marcy. She was so amazing. She had great advice and a really good eye for what my new wetbar should have for cabinets and countertop. She helped me stay within my budget and the work was done quickly, and it was done right the first time! The finished product is nicer than I imagined.
Our kitchen remodeling was a complete disaster thanks to Pinnacle. The project took 6 months to complete. Installer had to come back multiple times because either measurements were done wrong or wrong or damaged cabinets came. Rick, the owner, didn’t have decency to pay for installer’s extra visits after promising he would. Rick is a dishonest guy whom I would never trust—nice to your face only when it’s beneficial for him.
Love our new custom designed space. Beautiful cabinets, and not to mention the countertops! Very professional service, met all deadlines & was very catering to my budget! Thanks so much!
