Most of the work here has four wheels attached to it. The Methuen shop is first a windshield operation — mobile techs, insurance paperwork handled at the counter, cars picked up and returned the same afternoon — and second a home glass shop for the jobs a window company won't touch: a broken door light, a fogged sealed unit, a sash that won't stay up. The homeowner side is real, if smaller. A customer this April had broken front door glass measured, quoted and installed within a few weeks. Others describe sealed glass swapped into decades-old double and triple panes instead of buying whole new windows, broken latches and balance springs put right, and plate glass cut to fit. Volume is the strongest thing going: 4.9 stars across 201 Google ratings, with written accounts running from 2021 to now. The themes repeat — arrival inside the window given, clear aftercare instructions, staff who file the insurance claim for you — and reviewers name the same handful of employees over and over, which is unusual for a multi-location shop. Two things to weigh. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is expired, and that is the registration the state uses for residential home-improvement work — worth raising before hiring them for anything at the house, whatever the automotive side looks like. Scheduling is the softer spot: one customer this spring wanted real appointment windows instead of a same-day planning call, and the single one-star account is a counter dispute over how long the job would take rather than a complaint about the glass itself. Note too what that 4.9 is actually measuring. The large majority of these accounts are windshields; only a handful describe work at a house, and the two lines carry different risk for a homeowner. If you want them for home glass, ask about the expired registration, ask for references on the residential side specifically, and confirm who is doing the install.

Company and tech were absolute pleasure to work with. Easy as my instance reached out to them called and scheduled service to my home. Was easy peasy. Only thing I would say is I wish they gave windows for your appt rather than talking to them same day for planning but I really cannot complain they arrived when expected. Would 100% use them again and recommend to family and friends.

Came within timeframe given, completed job well, and gave good, clear information on how to take care of the windshield, once installed.
