Prismic Shades Painting

Brian is who customers hire at Prismic Shades Painting, a Salem, Massachusetts painting company the BBB lists under owner Brian Brosnan. It holds 4.9 stars from 49 Google ratings and an A+ from the BBB, and neighbors on r/SalemMA have recommended it in 2022 and again in 2026. Whole interiors are the usual job. A June 2026 customer had the entire interior painted with Brian's help on colors, and another that month said his team spent about seven days painting a newly bought home's full downstairs, from the mudroom to the staircase. In March 2026, a condo owner said Brian painted the whole unit himself, a different color in almost each room. A May 2026 customer color-drenched their house in very dark colors, and a March 2026 customer said he walked them through paint finishes and was careful around their dog, cat and preschooler. A November 2023 customer first hired him for a bathroom in 2018 and came back for the whole interior. Exteriors and cabinets show up too: a house front done in two days in May 2026 and a customer's cabinets redone in January 2023. One customer had a bad experience. A November 2022 customer who hired the crew to paint exterior trim said the job started months after signing, two screens were damaged and several areas were missed, emails went unanswered, Brian raised his voice and made personal attacks when they reviewed the work, and a promised reimbursement had not arrived 49 days later.
