One detail to square up if tenure matters: the company's own site says it was founded in 2005 in one place and 'Since 2003' in another, while BBB puts the start date at September 2005. For a property manager with a facade, glass or waterproofing program to run, this is a vendor worth asking for references and a safety record. A homeowner with a wet basement should be looking at a residential foundation contractor instead.
